These terms cover your use of elevateyourbiz.ca, the website of Elevate Your Biz Inc. (“EYB”, “we”, “us”), a company based in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada. By using this website you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Using this website

You may use this site to learn about our services and to get in touch with us. Please don't use it to break the law, interfere with the site or its security, misrepresent who you are, or scrape or copy it for a competing service. We may change or take down any part of the site at any time.

Our services

Our flagship service, 60-Second Reply, is a missed-call text-back and booking service set up on a business's existing phone line. In general terms: it is offered with a free trial period, after which it continues as a recurring monthly subscription with no setup fee and no fixed-term contract, and it can be cancelled at any time.

Current pricing, trial length, and what's included are shown on our homepage and are what apply at the time you sign up. The specific terms of any engagement (scope, fees, and billing) are the ones we agree with you directly in writing, and those govern if they differ from anything on this site.

No guarantee of results

Anything on this site describing outcomes, including any calculator, estimate, or example, is an illustration based on general assumptions, not a promise or a prediction about your business. Results depend on factors outside our control, such as your market, your pricing, how you follow up, and whether you take the work. We do not guarantee any particular number of calls, bookings, jobs, or revenue.

Service availability

The website and our services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We rely on third-party providers for hosting, messaging, and scheduling, and we can't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Message delivery in particular depends on mobile carriers, which are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual property

The content, branding, and design of this site belong to Elevate Your Biz Inc. You may read and share it, but please don't copy or reuse it commercially without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevate Your Biz Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Ontario.
