Local service businesses lose work every day for one reason: the owner is on a job when the phone rings. The call goes to voicemail, and most callers simply dial the next company on the list.
We set up an automated system on the business's existing phone line. When a call goes unanswered, the caller receives a text message within seconds. The system asks what they need, where they are, and when suits them, then offers to book the job and notifies the owner. Urgent calls are escalated to the owner's mobile immediately.
Who receives these messages
Only people who have just phoned the business and did not get through. Nobody else.
How you opt in (consent)
Your inbound phone call to the business is your opt-in. You knowingly dial the business's published phone number. Nobody answers. Because you just called and reasonably expect a reply, the business texts you back, from that business, about the call you just placed.
We do not buy, rent, scrape, or upload phone number lists. A message is only ever sent to a number that has just placed a call to the business. There is no marketing list, no bulk sending, and no promotional messaging.
The first message always identifies the business by name and includes opt-out instructions. You can reply STOP at any time to stop all messages, or HELP for help.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message and you will receive no further messages from that business through this system. Opt-outs are honoured immediately and permanently. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at the email below.
Message frequency
Messages are sent only in response to a missed call, and only as part of that one conversation. There are no recurring, scheduled, or promotional messages. Message and data rates may apply.
Your information
Phone numbers and conversation contents are used solely to help the business respond to the caller and book the job. We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers or message contents with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Business: Hi - this is [Business Name]. Sorry we missed your call, we're out on a job. What do you need a hand with? Reply STOP to opt out.
Caller: My kitchen sink is backing up.
Business: Got it. What town are you in, and when works for you?
